Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy
At Tidalroot, we are committed to providing premium-quality health and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds where products have been tampered with or opened. In the event that you wish to return an unopened product, please do the following:
1. Send us an email to register your refund within 7 business days of delivery. After we acknowledge your email, we will send you a designated address to which the product must be shipped. We will inspect the product to see that it was not tampered with and the seal has not been broken. Upon being satisfied we shall refund you less a 10% handling fee and courier charges.
All sales are final.

Due to hygiene standards and product integrity, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once a product has been opened.
No Refunds
All purchases are refundable subject to our refund policy above. Once an order is confirmed and payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This applies to all products, including regular-priced and sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@tidalroot.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess each report on a case-by-case basis and, if deemed valid, offer a suitable resolution at our discretion. This may include a replacement or store credit.
